IHSS Provider Assistance:

 Call your county IHSS office if you have questions regarding your Timesheet, Paycheck Status, or Provider Enrollment.

 CMIPS Provider Help Desk Phone Number: 1-866-376-7066

 The Provider Help Desk may only answer or provide the following information:

    o If a timesheet has been received by the Timesheet Processing Facility (TPF)
    o If a timesheet has been processed by TPF 
    o If a timesheet has been rejected (exception) because of an error

    • The date of rejection will be provided, but not the reason.

    o If a warrant was issued for a timesheet, the warrant date will be provided 
    o Providers can also call to establish and/or change direct deposit information of the paychecks 

    • Prior to calling, please be prepared with the following information:
    • 10 digit recipient number and 6 digit provider-ready number
